Great article, thanks. Is there a reliable formula/ equation to calc body fat % using a few easy to get numbers? I want to calc it myself, not an online form. Thanks, Jack. Ps it's hard to find on net.

Hi Justin,

Once you get the diet from this link: EveryOtherDayDiet, you have access to a support area where you can send in questions.

It's all very organized.

You've got your facts wrong.
Canola is an advanced form of rapeseed in which the toxic components you mention were bred out of the oilseed through traditional plant breeding techniques. It was developed in the 1970s in Canada and has since grown to become the number two oilseed in the world.
You don't have to process those toxic elements out; they're already gone.

I know what you mean. These scammers make it so much harder to find stuff that actually works. If you're to skeptical to act, you will get nowhere.

Wow. I'm so sorry this happened to you. It's a shame some companies fail to treat people right. Don't give up until you get your money back.

My complaint with Ab Circle pro is with their customer service. I ordered the machine and they sent me 2. They charged my CC for one in full and the other partial. I have called them 3 times now to arrange for pick-up of the extra machine (which I did not order) and a refund. Each time I call, they give me a new pick-up number for UPS, tell me it will take between 3-5 days. Then no one comes, and I start all over. Today I called for the 3rd time - I'm beginning to think I've been scammed. They won't give me a refund until they get the item back.

The local news here had a report about this problem. Another thing the news said these people do, is start the 14 or 15 day free trial period on the day you order the product - not when it's shipped, or when you receive it. They also send a full bottle - a one month supply. When you don't cancel in time, you are billed the full price for a one month supply, not a 14 or 15 day free trial supply.

Not only is this bad for consumers, but also for the companies that are legitimate and ethical. I ordered a free two week trial of Bio-35. I got a two week supply for the small shipping fee, and no pressure or auto-shipments.

It's too bad that we can't tell the difference unless someone has experienced the good and the bad so there is a record of the business practices.
