I’ve been getting great feedback for my emotional eating secret video that I’ve posted about a few days ago. In this video a cartoon me (you’ll know what I mean when you see it) reveals the #1 secret to stop overeating for any reason.
Some people asked me why the cartoon. I can only say that I’m a bit shy on camera and thought the cartoon would do a better job. In addition, I liked it. It’s a cool software that I found and I was aching to use it.
So, I just recorded myself and used the cartoon to overcome my camera shyness.
My mother sure liked it, so I guess it’s okay (-:
