If you go around the internet you may be swamped by ads and websites offering trial offers for Acai Berry, promising a huge weight loss and placing images of Oprah or Dr. Oz on their site as if they endorsed their products.
Oprah and Dr. Oz never heard of most of these sites (if not all of them). Some are pure scammers who try to get you to take a trial offer and then bill you monthly making it very difficult for you to cancel.
Well, now it seems that the scammers are in trouble.
Oprah and Dr. Oz are going to sue these miscreants and I hope that this will put an end to these unscrupulous people trying to take advantage of hard working people.
