Everyone who wants to lose some belly fat thinks first and foremost on cardio. We all know that cardio burns a lot of fat. However, not all cardio workouts are the same in terms of effectiveness. Some burn more fat than others. If you spend more time doing more effective cardio, you’ll burn more tummy fat and get faster results. It’s as simple as that.
My personal favorite cardio is runnning. I love it ever since I was overweight. It was my personal weapon against fat. If you’re not running to burn belly fat, you’re missing out on a great workout that can really help you blast away the flab. I know this from personal experience and others have done it to. If you’re not sold on running, let me try and tell you why running to burn belly fat is so effective:
1. Running incorporates practically every muscle group into the motion. You don’t just work your legs but your arms, shoulders, back, chest, and your stomach. Most people don’t realize how much the stomach muscles work when you run. You’re getting an abs workout and a cardio workout at the same time.
2. Running is easy to do and requires little skill. This makes it one of the most fun workouts you can do, and one which you’re less likely to excuse your way out of doing. After all, you can run in the street, in the park, on a treadmill machine, anywhere you want.
3. Sprinting, which is just top speed running, is a massive abs workout. Try to feel your abs when you run: they’ll be as hard as concrete. Your abs are straining like crazy when you sprint as your entire body is taking part of the effort.
4. Running is an intensive workout, much more than many others. This means that you’re burning more calories per minute. Of course, you should run at a pace which makes you feel the effort to really get results.
All in all, running is an excellent way to burn stomach fat. You will have to eat right and do strength exercises to get really super-results, but if you’re looking for cardio workouts to do, then running should be at the top of your list of choices.

I love running myself. I think it’s the best workout in the whole world. Thanks for the tips
