I don’t know if you ever watch the Biggest Loser show, but I get excited every time because I love to see people make such a big change in their life.
Of course, most of us can’t be so lucky as to get such dedicated support and guidance throughout the process, but it can still prove to be a great motivational tool to see other people shed so much weight.
The winners of Season 4, Jim and Bill Germanakos, who are also known as the weight loss twins, decided to take this one step further and turn their experiences into their own unique program:
Truth about Diets <== Go Here
Now, I’ve not yet had chance to review this program in detail but I’ve heard very good things about it. In addition, these 2
guys obviously know one or two things about how it’s like to get lean: Bill Lost 164 lbs while his brother Jim shed 186!
I have to tell you that I like programs which are made by people who have once been fat. They have a kind of inner psychological knowledge that no trainer will ever have.
This is something which no one can teach you. You need to be fat in order to fully understand the struggle involved in
losing weight.
This is why I believe that as part of their program, the Germanakos twins are offering 60 days of full support in what they call the
60 days challenge. They know how important support is.

As I said, I am all in favor of people who were once overweight who share their knowledge with other people (and it’s okay to charge money for it since they put in a lot of work into it).
Furthermore, these 2 guys probably learned a lot during their months on the show, and this could be valuable knowledge for any of us.
As they’re only offering their program to a limited number of people, due to the 60 days challenge no doubt, I recommend that you head on over to their site and read about what they have to offer.

They also offer a 60 days refund option so if you choose to try their program out, then your purchase is without risk.
These 2 lost a total of 350 pounds! I believe we can all learn 1 or 2 things from them.
