As you already know as someone who reads this blog, I hate diets with a vengeance. I used to be overweight, and I know how disappointing following a diet can be. Often, what you see in the infomercial has no relation at all to the actual result people get. It’s frustrating, annoying, and infuriating.
Today, I want to review a totally different (And controversial) weight loss program called Cheat Your Way Thin, by Joel Marion.
Check out the website here for some before and after pictures
Cheat Your Way Thin is a program which is the result of over 5 years of research and study by Joel Marion, an expert trainer and nutritionist who discovered a way to allow people to eat their favorite foods (in a specific way) whether they be pizza, pasta, and more fatty and calorie rich foods and still lose weight at a rapid pace.
The statistics state that over 95% of regular diets fail miserably. Either you don’t lose weight or you lose some and gain it all back again (and sometimes more). Why is this happening to so many people. What is wrong with diets these days?
The reason why so many diets fail is that they work against the body and not with it. They don’t realize how the body truly functions and they try to do things in a way which your body resists.
Most diets work on depriving the body of nutrients like carbs or protein or fat (which is also important to eat) and simply starve you to get you to lose weight. This is working against the body and not with it. Your body feels as if it’s under attack, it believes it is starving.
The result is a slower metabolism, a slower rate of calorie burning, tiredness, lack of energy, irritability, not to mention cravings and psychological stress.
The solution is to find a different way to eat , discovering a way to eat your favorite foods once in while without ruining your diet and without feeling guilty. This is the core of Joel Marion’s Cheat Your Way Thin Program
This program is based on “cheating” which means eating fatty things in order to keep the metabolism running high and preventing your body from feeling that it’s starving, but doing it in a smart way to still shed pounds fast.
This needs to be done in the right way to get the best results. That’s why I highly recommend Joel Marion’s Cheat Your Way Thin Program because this is a well-crafted program which works with the body and not against it.
This program has helped many people achieve excellent results, stay fit, firm, muscular and shed body fat fast. It’s a reliable program to use.

This looks like a variation of the Fat Loss for Idiots program, which you also champion. I was surprised that you made no reference to FL4I not to mention comparing the benefits of each.
Are you switching horses or saying that both programs are most desirable?
After such strong advocacy of FL4I, however, many customers could be surprised to find that they now need to embark on another program.
Hi Mike,
If someone is using FL4I and seeing success with it, they shouldn’t switch horses at all. However, the basic simplicity of Fl4I does have its drawbacks: some people find the menu restrictive for instance.
Fl4I is more structured and simple. It is both a good and a bad thing. Furthermore, Cheat Your Way Thin offers workouts a support system.
There is merit in both programs, but I will write about the 2 of them soon.
Well cheat your way thin works for the first 4-8 week after that it doesnt work anymore, anyway the support is really bad !!! dont expect to much..i have doubts about the cheat days…if they really work…
Hi,
After 4 weeks you may see a slowdown with any program. As to the support, if they weren’t quick with replying to your questions then you have every right to be mad.
However, this is a good program.
sure if it slows down that much before the 8 week mark you can get your money back
